FAQ

For our clothing, made from 100% cotton or linen, machine wash on a cool setting (40°C) and hang to dry. Avoid tumble drying. For linen, iron while slightly damp to prevent heat stains. For stuffed animals, handwash only and avoid tumble drying. We hope you cherish them for years to come!

Each order is hand-wrapped with lots of special care and love. You'll receive your parcel packaged beautifully and ready to give as a gift. I hope your kid will find happiness in their new piece! ​

TOYS If there is a certain toy you wish for, I always love creating a special personal toy for a loved child. for that, you can email me at studio@ilovemytata.com. Please specify and pinpoint all your wishes, including favorite colors and a picture of what you liked if there is, and if you just have a general doll dream you wanted for your child, are welcome to share and order from me and I will make an item just for you. How dos it work- As soon as you send me all the details I will send you a quote that includes shipping and estimating working time. And when they do, I'll send you a payment and work order page. After the payment, I will begin the work. Such an order is a non-refundable order. It will be a special experience for both of us, and I hope you will love what you get.
