The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
All purchases will be processed and shipped within 3-6 days of order via express shipping. Payment of charges associated with declaration value according to their country's duties and tariff costs is the customer’s responsibility. Unfortunately, Tata cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Customers will be sent an email that includes all shipping information/tracking numbers once the item is shipped. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks from the ship date for delivery.
Your item can be tracked online once you have received the tracking number.
We always seek to pack and send your order as soon as possible but these shipping estimated times cannot be guaranteed by us as they are not within our control. Neither, of course, are delays caused by customs, or charges/import duties that may apply in your country.
Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
On delivery, if no one is available to receive the order the courier has ATL – (Authority To Leave) the order on the property by the front door. Once delivery has been, made the responsibility of the parcel rests with the buyer. TATA does not cover the cost of lost or stolen parcels once delivered.
Due to the global situation surrounding the COVID-19 epidemic, mail carriers are now experiencing delays and disruptions that could affect your package. I love my tata is responsible for your order up to the carrier collection point. We have no control over the delivery time of your package once it leaves our doors, and we are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages.
Please note that international bookings experience significant delays and can last for eight weeks or more.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We want you to be happy.
All return items have to be new and unworn/unwashed, items purchased online are eligible for an exchange within 14 days after the product is received. If your desired size/style is not available at the time of your return, we are happy to offer an alternative, or you will be issued a store credit. Shipping costs for returns must be paid by the customer.
Please notify us at email@example.com before making a return shipping, since we cannot be responsible for items returned to us without notification and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where one cannot trace the package.

Custom or personalized orders
Returns must be organized and shipped back postmarked within 14 business days of delivery. Once returned, please allow 5 business days for processing of return through the store. Once processed you will receive an email confirmation of the refund amount or exchange item(s).
